How to Buy and Pay

You don't need an account to shop at Krista Lehari Jewellery. To purchase an item, simply add it to your cart, click "Check out," and provide your contact and delivery details. You'll then confirm your order and pay using Maksekeskus, PayPal, or a prepayment invoice.

Your agreement with us begins when we receive your full payment, as shown on your order confirmation, in the bank account of Sõrmuste Emand OÜ (the owner of Krista Lehari Jewellery). We accept prepayment invoices, PayPal, credit cards (through PayPal), and bank payments via Maksekeskus AS. All transactions are in Euros (€).

Product prices are listed next to each item, and a delivery fee will be added. All prices are in Euros (€). You'll find product details right next to the items on our website.

We'll confirm your order and send you the agreement terms by email.

Order Processing and Delivery

Most items are made to order, taking 5-7 days to create unless otherwise specified on the product page. Your product will then be shipped within 5-7 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days, but in rare cases, it could take up to 30 calendar days.

If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered, we will inform you and refund your full payment, including delivery costs, within 14 days of our notification.

Resolving Issues

If you're unhappy with Krista Lehari Jewellery's service and your purchased product was at least 35 Euros, you can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board in Estonia. There is no charge to have your dispute reviewed by this committee.
